Camping At Vandalia Lake
Vandalia Lake provides high quality camping facilities for overnight camping. The campground includes sites with electric outlets, modern shower with flush toilets, and a dump station for recreational vehicles. Campgrounds are open from Memorial weekend through last weekend in September.

Dump Station - Campers Are Free, Non Campers - $5.00
Swimming At Vandalia Lake
Swimming is also available at Jaycees Beach which features a large sloping sand beach, plus a modern beach house and showers. Lifeguards are on duty.

Monday through Friday - 12:00 noon - 5:45pm
Saturday - 10:00am - 6:45pm
Sunday - 11:00am - 5:45pm

Picnicing At Vandalia Lake
There are three large pavilions, also shaded tables throughout the camping area. Playground equipment is located near the Vandalia Lions Pavilion and also at Jaycee Beach. For group outings and pavilion reservations contact Vandalia City Hall at (618)-283-1196.
